This is pure speculation, but I think Greenie just told us no rate hike soon. Maybe he has some interesting data, like a weak jobs report on Friday, that is going to buy him some time.

I might be reading this all wrong, but I do not see a clear sign of pending increases in the word "measured". I see a synonym to a certain degree with "patient".

Measured: Appropriate restraint; moderation

Then again its Greenjeans, so who knows.
