Anyway, it doesn't matter. The point was that Palestinians living under occupation with maybe a couple of high schools and a university or two (in Jerusalem, etc, rather than in occupied territories) cannot possibly have "the best education" among all Muslim nations. Sheer numbers make this impossible, even if one is to assume the quality of education in these few establishments to be excellent.
