I agree it takes two to tango, but come on, an important element of Oslo was the PA's obligation to recognize within its charter Israel's right to exist. Now PA officials say they never had any intention of doing so, and while agreeing to a peaceful resolution to their grievance say now they never had any intention of doing that either. At the very least, Israel was following up in many ways to things it had agreed to when it signed Oslo. I'm hard pressed to think of a single item that the PA lived up to.
