Oh, that was just the crescendo of several posts of Ray's on various threads that earned him a little vacation. We're supposed to have a little understanding regarding his habits, but he obviously get bored when having to operate within the margins. Nonetheless, he's wearing out his welcome, he knows it, and the past few days up to and including last night must've have been his practice run for the inevitable Big Bang and Exile.

Insofar as comparative behavior to the PWGB and CFZ threads, they receive special-special dispensation, but not necessarily all-inclusive, and definitely not indefinitely.
