I would like to see the thread moderators become responsible for enforcing the TOU on their threads, or face being replaced. That would include the ability to delete posts that violate the TOU (and no other reason), subject to admin approval.

Whether that's in the cards for down the road remains to be seen; it hasn't been extensively discussed among the principals as far as I know. It's a little more problematic to achieve on SI (vs. iHub) since SI is a moving train.
