Let's be pragmatic. The leaders of that military force said that action violates all rules under which it expects it to operate and it will punish the offenders. This makes no difference?

THis is like jailing the governor of a state any time prison guards beat a prisoner. In logic, your argument is known as reductio ad absurdum.

TO put matters differently, you will use any and all possible excuses to attack the administration. Or so it would appear.
