The big prize DOW JONES NEWSWIRES May 4, 2004 6:30 p.m. NEW YORK -- The U.S. Defense Department announced the following contracts Tuesday: CPI Aerostructures Inc. (CVU) received a $214.9 million fixed-price Air Force contract to provide for a seven-year spares contract for manufacture of 100 wing related components for the C-5 aircraft. Work under the contract, which includes wing tips, other panels, spoilers, leading edges, trailing edges, fairings and aircraft skins, likely will be complete in 2012.
