In a flash of insight,
that's a riot for you
I found out that the US is actually as divided and fragmented as Europe...
this is akin to discovering water is wet
Of course, the faults that rip across the US fabric don't partition compact nation-states like in Europe. Americans boast that they all make up one big, united if diverse family --with one language, one mainstream Christian culture, and one federal bureaucracy--
you are totally out of touch with anything but yourself here. Americans do come together after something like 9/11. Yet, we all know that we are the traditional "melting pot" welcoming all, even whack jobs like you. As critical as those who complain that Americans don't know Europe, a comment such as this shows how little a Euro weenie does not know the US. Those in Maine are so different from those in Texas, California, New England, etc., Those who live in cities are so different from those who live in suburbs and that's just the beginning of an analysis. This is the beauty and the difficulty of governing and providing policy in such a diverse and giant nation. Oh and by the way, your inconsistent logic about a "Christian culture" flies in the face of your Jewish conspiracy whacko posts.
and, accordingly, they scoff at the welter of European countries who must spend about $600 million a year on translation paperwork alone and whose dissensions were pathetically exposed during the Iraq crisis...
$600 million? scoff? that doesn't make a "hill of beans" around here. Irrelevant and not worth the waste of time to even analyze. Red paper and paper are killing many aspects of our society. This knows no bounds or boundaries. It's pervasive in goverment and large enterprises such as insurance.
As for the rest of your bathroom contemplation and comparison, my suggestion to you is quite simple, "flush!" |
