Philadelphia Inquirer buried the viets meeting yesterday on page 21 and only included it in a favorable piece about Kerry with a kerry picture of him smiling. the above was per talk radio this morning. also kerry bunk mate in Vietnam says kerry shouldn't have gotten first purple heart. he was injured when a rocket launcher , ours went off and hit near the boat. There was no hostile fire that day.. Kerry got a piece of metal in his arm and put in for purple heart. but again he says there was no hostile fire action that day and purple heart is only for those wounded in combat.
