Bob & All:

I called JB to try to find out what's going on. Of course, the Cust. Suppt. folks couldn't say anything, so they referred me to their PR folks at:

(310) 788-2850

PR sent me a fax. I tried to get it through my OCR to post it here, but it wouldn't read. I'll try to summarize:

-No discussion of what search warrant was for, except "historical records"

-Offices in both Switzerland and LA were searched, but not any other US offices

-Subpoenas served on some employees (hmmm -- as witnesses or principals?)

-they are trying to resume business as normal (yeah, right!)

Not a whole lot of help, I know. Plz post any other news as you get it.

Good trading,

jim
