So. Now that you noticed that I have been quoting from Nuremburg (which I repeatedly mentioned, by the way)... Please tell me you understand why nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki are crimes against humanity according to the definition. Hint: the definition includes murder and extermination of civilian populations in wartime. You don't need to write another novel on allied war crimes. Just a simple "Yes, nukes on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were crimes against humanity, in accordance with this definition in Nuremberg which US signed" will do. Thank you :-)
