I had the pleasure of meeting Rose and Scott and their families last summer. The folks on the board are as nice, and as real, as they seem on the net. It's a good place to hang, and sometimes we even get serious. Scott's thread has been really good, until the last month or so. It is one of my major sources for news and opinions, but it is getting harder to wade thru the flak. We think some of these people are being paid to post. They will become more and more strident as we approach the election, and as we continue to slide into multiple morasses. It is hard to defend the indefensible, so attacks become personal. Sometimes I lose it too, but I can usually manage to hold it down to Yiddish curses. Sometimes I laugh at them It's the same thing for candidates. Poor old legless Max Cleland is weak on security. Yeah, Maxie hasn't lost his legs; it's a leftwing Hollywood holograpic projection. LMAO. Think I'll post that one. Have fun in the sun. Wharfie
