I imagine it's not as simple as that. Almost everyone in Iran has a relative or friend who was killed or tortured by the Shah. Hence 911. I'm thinking that a lot of people don't like either. The point of the article is the point I've been making. If we treat people justly they will flock to ourside. In Iran's case justly meant leaving them alone to find their own way. They are just like us. We don't like being told what to do even if the teller means well.
