Harold, Stock was halted on 890k of volume. WEM is actually raising some cash by selling stock and the PP. IR said that VSE had called to ask why there was such high volume but due to the number of calls IR was getting they put the VSE on hold. So the VSE halted the stock until they could talk to IR about it. Also IR said they would be releasing news of a new property acquisition along with the PP announcment. Considering all the shares that were dumped today a dip of only .06 makes this stock look as if it has hit bottom. Let's see if there will be a nice run upwards now. JW
