MUL, I still believe in the company and their technology and am still holding on to my shares. I have invested for the long term and nothing has fundamentally changed at this point to cause me to sell. As far as I know, they only approved of an increase in the maximum number of authorized shares; the number of outstanding shares remain the same (about 73 millions if I'm not mistaken).

Regarding the stock price, it seems to have gotten ahead of itself and is pulling back to consolidate at a lower level, maybe around the 50-day moving average. I don't see it dropping down to the $1 range, unless the technology doesn't work, which is always a possibility, but nothing leads me to this conclusion at this point. What you should realize is this is a speculative stock and share price will be volatile, so you should invest accordingly. I do believe the long term price trend continues to be upward.
