I checked back. I do not see that in the post. He said it is not an indictment of the 'Administration' or of the military. I agree. It was boneheaded criminal perps. Given the number of people gathered from all sectors of society to perform in Iraq, the nature of the effort, and the type of people that might be inclined to get involved (besides those who took it on as a noble sacrifice), it is not surprising that a few waccos slipped through. That doesn't relieve anyone from responsibility but it certainly doesn't point the finger at the Bush Administration.

I find the behavior of some of the thread participants here pretty suspect. I certainly would not want to be held in a foriegn country for interrogation by A.S. Silvestor, or Chris if their bite is anywhere near as virolent as their bark...and this thread is populated by people supposedly culturally aligned. I know first hand how much stronger people's attitudes can run when in conflict with foriegn cultures.
