I have stock in BTUI as well. The thing that did it for me was the
relative quality of the two companies' last annual report and
accounts. VTC's was a relatively bland affair. BTUI's was sexy.

Anyone reading BTUI's document got a very clear idea of where their
market was, what technology they had, where the company was going, etc.,
It was a marvellous piece of marketing - clear and professional.

I nearly bought more stock simply on the feel of this document (and
in retrospect I now wish I had !)

I don't get the feeling that there is the same sense of purpose at VTC.
