Sondo - You really are the Neanderthal Man. IBM have Expertise Limitations for COBOL, manpower constraints. The liability for the would be hyping y2k to clients when the market finds out it's not that bad. The other consulting business is real money too. My approach so far is I'm at a big loss, but a loss is not recognized until the transaction is consumated. If I would have bet the farm, i'd be in trouble, but don't have too worry about a margin call. BellBoy
