And they say that naked shorting is over. Yeah, right.

Anyway, Lauren Aupperle, the seller in question, planned a sale on April 1 of 88K shares. Someone on Yahoo said that he had called HAUP IR and claimed he was told she had 400K of lawyer fees to deal with, hence the sale to cover those fees. I have no way of knowing if this is true (her lawyer bills) and I don't know why HAUP IR would either (seeing as though she had sued HAUP), but I'm passing it along. I see no other planned sale on her part.

Meanwhile, Bernard Herman, listed as "director", also sold 8K on April 21.

I'm still holding, and am anxiously awaiting earnings. RK
