Imatron and Invision ties.... Imatron's less than 1% interest in InVision is carried in the company's consolidated financial statement at no value. Imatron's ties to InVision at this point are a common Board of Directors. InVision agreed to grant back to Imatron an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and fully paid right and license to use InVision's technology and patents _outside_of InVision's field of use.
