Kerry warned Bush about 9-11 type attacks in fall 2000.
Actually the warning was to the outgoing CLinton administration and Bush both, or Gore, whomever won. Kerry correctly predicted that we should be making attacks by terrorist cells inside the US ourn priority as they were the most likely threat to our security. I have posted this speech several times in the past.

Bush was warned on 8-6-01 about Al Qaida's determination to attack inside the US using hijackings. He did nothing. Not a single thing. Really incredible. Indefensible.
