Where has the International Red Cross been in relation to the American and coalition personnel who have been held by the militants????? Have they taken pictures of where the man who just escaped, (and is now in Germany recovering from surgery on his arm), was held????? Did he have a clean bed, medical care, food, blankets, etc? What about the others who might be still living?

What did the IRC do about the 4 Americans who were killed, torched, dismembered, and then strung up on the bridge?

What did the IRC do about the Italian personnel who were executed?
