Fran, I just reconsidered the ASMLF/AMAT release and now I'm slightly worried. The words "pilot line" bother me. A pilot line suggests that we'll see more of the same. Using the project for research makes sense, but to start more research projects that are similar doesn't make so much sense. I wonder what AMAT's intentions are? I hope this isn't intended to serve as an AMAT model for what companies should use in their fabs. That wouldn't help SVGI at all, but then that's not stated as a purpose of the project. I'm not sure what to expect. At least the market hasn't shown much of a reaction, so it probably doesn't mean much. Juniper
