Michael Moore shows us in his films the actual people telling us the truth. There is no way you can fake that. There is no way to fake Terry Nichols or Charlton Heston admitting their true feelings. Therefore what Moore "says" is irrelevant. Watch to see what he shows. Documentary interviews do not lie. Similarly, I'm sure he has not faked anything in his new film. What you see will be what is. But let's see it before we judge.
