I am not looking for the story. I've heard the story many times. I have also heard the rumor that the VC lowered his weapon, ran and hide behind a building where kerry found him cowering and killed him. additionally on television last night the guest speaker stated that the VC actually laid down his arms before he ran. Now if these rumors are true, kerry should have been courts-martialed under the Articles of War rather than decorated. just present the supporting documents which will state what actually happened...... until then, doubts persist.....
