A true leader takes responsibility for the organization he leads. He's adapted policies that abrogate the Geneva Convention and is directly responsible for the torture of Iraqi prisoners. He's unconscionable actions further shame America in the eyes of the world. His failure to take responsibility for actions of his subordinates and his failure to properly supervise Rumsfeld and his generals is pure incompetence. Bush is the worst President we've ever had.
