I think the "breather" this stock took at around 20 is over and is now beginning its' move to the $25 neighborhood. As I said previously, we will see this by the 3rd week of October. No rumors of the company being acquired at this time that I have heard. The new network is moving ahead of schedule with some smaller pieces in Texas already turned up. The NY to LA leg will be turned up by year end. Their Frame Relay network is completed utilizing the best switches available (Cascade) and they will begin selling the product w/i 4 weeks. This will open doors to much larger applications that they were not able to get into previously. Sales are up, expenses are down, and I think their quarterly numbers will be slightly better than Wall Street expectations. Also, telecom stocks have generally been depressed over the last 9 months and I think we are seeing that change beginning to take place. The Bellweathers' AT&T and MCI have been making attactive moves and I think we'll see the rest follow. Just my opinions. Sal
