Thanks, Mario. I did look at the Penn site and see several key differences between it and CD. Penn has telephone betting and CD does not. Penn took over Charlestown--virtually bankrupt--and has the okay to put in in "gaming machines."
i'm still looking at CD but do see several areas of concern, as expressed in my previous mwssage.
