If Hillary was attacked, she brought much of it upon herself.

If you'll recall, like Teresa Heinz, Hillary was
Hillary Rodham before her husband entered the national scene. She then started referring to herself as
Hillary Clinton. It was only after the first election that she began calling herself Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Hillary showed disdain for non-professional women or women
who were not in the work force by her disparaging comments to the effect that she did not "stay home and bake cookies."

While I, of all people, don't expect women to be confined to
traditional roles, and certainly do not occupy such a role myself, it is rather obnoxious for a first lady
to be disparaging of women in this country who do opt for such a role.

She should have expected a backlash with that attitude.

As for her being conservative, please back that one up with links. She looked more like a flower child type during her younger days.<g>
