Jim, I thought we were supposed to be a "gated community"? Usually gated communities are highly exclusive. "Give me your tired, your poor" has given way to "No Vacancy" just because of the double-whammy of uncontrolled immigration and our culture of entitlements. Just simply enforcing our existing laws would be a good start. An even better start is to change the laws based on a new assumption that immigrants are neither unfortunate victims of American society nor freeloading ingrates. Neither mentality helps them or their children become productive Americans. Tenchusatsu
