Yep. I certainly don't understand that market, but that's what it looks like to me.

Funny -- we've seen this before. A company makes impressive acquisitions, makes daring cost cutting, and still winds up nothing.

During the go-go 90's Lucent made some giant acquisitions -- think it paid $800M or something for one of them. And they mostly added up to nothing.
