You can bet the farm that if those pictures hadn't see the light of day that the military would never have gone public with sexual abuse of Iraqi prisoners. re: Apparently you do, but what good will that do? It will discourage that type of behavior in the future, it will make seniors more aware that they are responsible for the actions of their juniors, it will make the ME and the world aware that that the US does not condone torture.
