I disagree. I think true democratic --- i.e. constitutional -- government is linked in complex ways to evolution, and is really only possible among people of Northern European ancestry.

Our country is no longer Northern Euro. Consequently, it is more and more beginning to look and act like a S. America country.

I'll pull together my ideas on this topic -- am sure you'll love 'em --- but can't now. Got to tend to other matters.
