Better back up there...what about Bosnia and Kosovo? We had NO international coalition there. Nor did we have UN backing. I guess that is why you made this remark: WHo cares if Clinton thought Saddam had WMD's or not? That's irrelevant. Just a flimsy excuse by the neocons. BTW, there were a whole lot of people that thought that Saddam had WMD's. The United Nations, Germany, France, and a majority of the Dems. in 1998 that supported Clinton's response to bombing an aspirin factory. You continue with: We had Saddam surrounded in 2002 with UN inspectors getting almost total access. Not according to Hans Blix. We were NOT getting unfettered access. You continue with: Bush refused to wait to find out if the rumors were true, he just invaded. What rumors? Saddam used chemical weapons. Half the world's intelligence agencies believed Saddam had WMD's. What rumor are you talking about? You continue with: We now know that they had planned this war long before 9-11 and it had nothing to do with terrorism. Are you forgetting the Senate resolution that passed the DEM controlled senate that called for regime change? Oops, I guess you forgot that little detail, eh? You continue with: Also, Bushies continually said Saddam DEFINITELY had WMD's including a nuclear program which could be delivered at us. He did have WMD's you idiot. He was working on a nuclear program too.. You close with: This is not excuseable no matter what Clinton thought or didn't think. Besides, Clinton bombed the hell out of Saddam a few times. The real fact here, AS, is that you are mad that a Democrat is not in the White House. You are also mad because the House and Senate are controlled by Republicans.
