David, I have addressed the issue of burn rate. First, it was not as high as others speculated in this forum. Second, it was appropriate for the state of the company at the time. Third, it has been reduced and reported in press releases that have been VERY specific. Fourth, it was addressed during our conference call where anyone was able to question the CEO, CFO and myself directly about this and other issues. The 1996 FY annual report was moderate in quality and cost and certainly not as flamboyant as many I have seen. The financial reporting in that report was fully audited and met all disclosure regulations (personally, I think it even exceeded them). I am not sure what you mean about the "hype on Wall Street Week with Lou", so I can't answer you on this. I have previous described the product and product lines that we are involved with. The graphics downloading that you mention is only one use for one of our products which we are in the process of releasing (you may have seen some of the press releases on this product, WarpRes). Our big seller is System Accelerator. This is the product that is attracting significant interest from the reseller community and generating OEM and Bundling opportunities. Our first OEM & Reseller outside of North America, based on System Accelerator, has already been announced and is generating some terrific orders - that was with a Japan market graphic arts distributor. Since this relationship was announced, we have recruited resellers in the US and Canada. And there's more coming (and not just in North America). In addition, we are still researching other ways to exploit our technology with "derivative" products that are complementary and net new products. I appreciate your input, keep it coming - I'll be glad to answer any questions you have and make sure the rest of management at Warp 10 is aware of your (and all others') comments. Andy. |
