It <Khadaffi Lockerbie> hasn't been proven. He paid reparations. He was offered a choice: A. Sanctions and military confrontation with the U.S. B. Reparations. One of many reasons torture is condemned by most people (but not you) is because it produces false testimony. There is no proof or good evidence of Libya's role in the Pan 103 attack.
