Flower of Evil , Merci Pour le Chocolate, The Visitors (SO much better than the American remake which absolutely wasted Jean Reno), Swimming Pool, Under the Sand, The Taste of Others (I thought this one was really very good, and overlooked, imo)...so many more. I wouldn't want to give up the movies from any country- no matter how much I disagreed with their policies, I'd want a window onto the culture- and movies are a truly fine window. Only one window out of many, but an important one, I think.
