You're right Rummy won't be fired. There is a good chance he will resign though, especially if more pictures and videos of torture are uncovered or if the Red Cross warnings about torture are released. I hope Karl or Cheney do tell junior to fire him though, Rummy might grow enough of a backbone to tell some of the goings on inside the Whitehouse. That would be the straw that broke junior's back.

I was a little disappointed at the hearings today. I thought Rummy would be faced with a lot tougher questions. McCain, Byrd and Kennedy were much easier on him than I thought they would be. One of the democrats who I thought did a pretty good job is the one who I care for close to the least... Hillary Clinton. She was especially good in the post hearing interview.
