You may not have said we should appease the UN or any foreign governments, but you said the Republican tent had shrunk & we need to get them back. Then you offered what Kerry would do, which was to let France & the UN, etc. back in to tell him what to do. You didn't offer a solution how we would accomplish this & Kerry has not either. And to accomplish this, the devil is in the details. I opined that the only way we would get them back, we would have to appease them (get their approval in all our FA & national security matters first) & let them off the hook (Oil-for-Food scandal & other corruption) to get them back & explained why I thought that was quite wrong.
