All this talk about eating in France makes me wish I was living back there....

To tell the truth, there was very little food that I didn't like in France when it was prepared properly, and this certainly includes the famous "inedible" clichés such as tête de veau sauce gribiche, andouillette, pied de porc, boudin noir/blanc, gras double, cervelles, ris, tripe à la mode de Caen, etc....

The French respect food the way we respect freedom of speech.
