Sheikh Yassin comes from the same organization as Aymin al Zawahiri, lately of Al Qaeda fame. Juan Cole is too stupid to notice that they are at war with us, and we with them. They keep telling us, but Juan thinks they are little children who don't mean it. You win wars by killing the enemy and preventing him from fighting, not by being "nice" to him. What extra danger has come to US soldiers because of Yassin's death? Suicide bombings in Baghdad have gone down, not up. Meanwhile, our good buddies the Saudis, have shown they are on our side by blaming Al Qaeda's attacks in Riyadh on the "Zionists".
