Unfortunately, we didn't have a choice about being involved in Iraq. We've been committed there since Saddam invaded Kuwait. We should have overthrown Saddam then. ..think that maybe we should not have invaded Iraq? No, I haven't flip-flopped like Kerry.* At present, we should continue the policy of attempting to help Iraqis establish a democratic gov't. *Kerry voted for the $87B before he voted against it. He was before the Iraq war before he was against it. He volunteered for VN before he was against that. Kind of seeing a pattern here.
