And the IRC gave notice for a year. They call it "not a singularity, but a system". And nothing happened. Only a "cover up"? What a ridicolous assumption.

The new American "law" model is the Guantanamo-isation of the world. Guilty or innocent, the US government claims the right to arrest and to torture without legal base, without control and without restriction. In the light of all those reports, these things happen clearly on purpose. There's definitley no room left for a rather flattering "some bad apples" issue as so many Americans like to believe.

It's systemic. Today, the American government claims absolute power over all people outside the country and without restriction by the Supreme Court, the USA are slowly, but clearly entering in a pre-fashistic, totalitarian, lawless state.
