by indicating where the problems were he was also indicating the "ownership" of the problems - Rockwell and their own, not in that order. Of course you can make snide remarks because, well, that's just your thing, isn't it? As far as the bold-emphasized statement, what's your point? Is that something that hasn't been said by virtually all 56K vendors, chipsets or finished products? Rather than assume what your motives are why don't you just put them up here? Dee Jay
