We added 200,000 new part time jobs but 100,000 full time jobs were turned into part time jobs.

not necessarily. i.e., if the category of part-time complainers is part of the total employed workforce, then presumably the same people are complaining month after month. therefore, it would be "double counting", "triple counting", etc. to subtract that figure repeatedly from the net adds each month.

of course, the numbers of adds are mostly works of fiction anyway, and should come crashing down in short order thanks to the spiking rates, methinks. but perhaps not until Shrub gets reelected.
