The people who put the system in place did a thorough job and really thought it through. They could never have envisioned the Internet, but the Internet is the ultimate of what they had in mind. The Internet is a real time calculator. All the noise, all the manipulation will have no effect. At the end of the day. The truth comes out. There is no way to manipulate the truth. IMO, the that is what the designers of our system had in mind. Get on the right side of things, and that will prevail.
