Seems like a good time to buy:
(1) Seems to be hurt due to some poor product offerings, which can easily be turned around with time and money, both of which Nokia has plenty of.

(2) Trading at multi-year low.

(3) 2.5% dividend yield.

(4) No debt and huge cash position give Nokia tremendous flexibility to develop and market new products.

(5) Solid long-term company that's in no danger of going bankrupt.

Although I've already purchased a little, I'm hoping that NOK will continue lower so that I can average into a much more substantial position.

Over the next 18 months, I think that I'll have opportunities to sell NOK at around 20 once new product cycles emerge.
