Oh, for crying out loud. A "fair and impartial jury"? When has W's high command shown the least little bit of interest in such legal niceties in the current context? There's supposed to be "military tribunals", but by all indications they're just going to continue keep anybody they don't like locked up as long as they want, with no legal process whatsoever. Or did I miss something?
