Willy-
If I could take a long term view like you're doing I'd be looking for 30, too. Unfortunately, I expect to need considerable capital within the next few months, and it's got to come from my laggards as well as some of those with great prospects. So, my hands are "weak" hands, and I'll end up selling to the stronger ...but not just yet.
