If these particular prisoners actually had information and were being tortured in order to get that information, it might be worth talking about, but that's not the case

Obviously we're not talking about a rogue interrogation unit working with any kind of disciple. Such a unit might have tortured prisoners but wouldn't be moronic enough to pass around snapshots. It sounds like we are talking about a rogue interrogation unit without disciple. However, that doens't answer the question of whether the prisoners were chosen at random for abuse, or because they were discipline problems, or because it was thought they had information.
